Donate a Tree
Donate a Tree to be planted in someone else's yard! Each tree costs $5 and counts towards reaching the students' goal
Our Goals
Tree-Duce, Tree-Use, Tree-Cycle
We are students a part of Jones College Prep’s Green Team and Youth Climate Action Coalition, and we are going to be planting 115 trees on April 24th in order to offset our school's paper usage.
We are passionate about educating our local community on the environment and want to do our part to build a more sustainable future. To reach our goal, we are relying on you to request a tree for your yard! We will release more information about the pickup location soon. You can choose the number and type of trees that you would like.

Learning about and informing others on sustainable practices to help our Earth has always been a part of my life. As the co-president of Green Team, I’m beyond enthusiastic to open our community to join us on our journey of further protecting our environment.

Jennifer Chotsuwan
With our changing environmental situation, I was inspired to establish YCAC at Jones College Prep to create an opportunity for everyone to engage in sustainable actions with people around the country. As co-president and an environmentalist, I am passionate about being able to implement change!

Alyssa Price
It is my third year being involved in Green Team as I have been passionate about environmental issues for a while now, particularly food waste and ocean pollution. I love being a part of making a change that’s greater than myself and even my school, and I look forward to expanding our club’s mission as we continue on in a remote learning environment.

Cecilia Dennis
After three years of Green Team involvement, I decided to take on a leadership role in the club in order to pursue my passion for community involvement and environmental awareness. I love being a bigger part of the change we are bringing to our local community.

I help co-run the Youth Climate Action Colation at Jones. This is my first year as a member of YCAC. I joined this club because I want to see a difference in our climate and set back the clock of irreversible climate change.
